Professional Development Subcommittee
This subcommittee will establish training opportunities for all committee-at-large members with an initial focus on the PDE Equity Hub. During the second half of the year, the subcommittee will focus on belonging.

Social Subcommittee
This subcommittee will organize and host opportunities and/or events to facilitate team building and to foster a sense of community. We will learn about each other and other cultures in a positive atmosphere.

Visibility Subcommittee
This subcommittee will focus on a communication plan to engage and build trust/community among committee-at-large volunteers and will also work on establishing a cultural calendar.
