Representatives from over 100 colleges nationwide have the opportunity to meet with high school students and their parents at the Chester County College Fair, which is hosted by the Chester County Intermediate Unit.

Attending the fair provides career readiness opportunities for students by ensuring that they have access to career exploration and preparation activities that are standards-aligned and evidence-based. This includes the development of career plans and portfolios that help students identify pathways and opportunities for postsecondary success.

General Information

This year's fair will be held at United Sports on Monday, October 14, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. This free event is sponsored by CCRES and coordinated by the Chester County Intermediate Unit.

During the fair, students and families will learn about entrance requirements, financial aid, campus life, and academic programs from colleges and universities, nursing schools, junior colleges, community and technical colleges, trade and skill schools, and branches of the military.

Transitioning Beyond High School

Join us at the 2024 Chester County College Fair for a specialized one-hour pre-event program designed for learners with disabilities and their families.

This program aims to address questions about post-high school options and includes opportunities to meet with representatives from local colleges and trade schools that offer specialized programs and support.

Due to limited space, registration is required for the Transitioning Beyond High School session. Please register at www.cciu.org/early-hour.
