Mrs. Schofield has served as the Director of Education Services since 2021. She began her tenure with the CCIU in 2009 as a child development specialist for the Head Start program. She transitioned into a coaching role in 2014 and then on to hold supervisory roles for both the Early Head Start and Head Start programs. In 2020, Mrs. Schofield became the assistant director of Head Start and later moved into the role as director of Head Start Education Services. She is a 2021 graduate of the United Way's Leadership Chester County program and is a current board member of Family Promise of Southern Chester County. 

Mrs. Kenworthy came to Chester County Head Start in July 2018. Prior to joining the CCIU, she served as vice president of community impact and manager of agency relations at the United Way of Chester County for over 12 years. Before United Way, Mrs. Kenworthy was the director of community prevention services at The Coad Group where she provided drug and alcohol education and intervention services and technical assistance. Prior to that, Mrs. Kenworthy served as the Community Outreach Director and Family and Youth Program Director at the Lionville YMCA for over eight years. She received her undergraduate degree in social work from Eastern University and master’s degree in social services from Bryn Mawr College and is a Pennsylvania State Licensed Social Worker.

Ms. Toole has served as Assistant Supervisor for Head Start since March 2022. She began her career as a Head Start teacher for the Delaware County Intermediate Unit in 2008 and in 2010, she became a K-3 learning support teacher for the School District of Philadelphia. In 2012, she transitioned to an early childhood classroom where she worked with children in different pre-school settings including Easterseals and The Goddard School. In 2015, Ms. Toole became a Child Development Specialist for the CCIU and worked in the Head Start Program until 2017. In 2019. Ms. Toole started a new role as a child development specialist and became a practice-based coach in 2021 before her current role as supervisor.

Ms. Calvano was born in Argentina and immigrated to the United States in 2006. She holds a Master's degree in psychology and an LPC license in Pennsylvania. Ms. Calvano began her career in the Unites States working in an autism support classroom. She continued to work in the human services field as a family-based therapist and as a foster care case manager in Philadelphia. She later joined the local early intervention unit in the county of Chester where she served for nine years as a service coordinator, supervisor, then ultimately, as the unit manager. She joined the CCIU's Early Head Start program and enjoys collaborating with community partners to provide services for young children.
