The CCIU Talent Development Center encourages career development and growth for CCIU employees. We are working to prepare and empower employees to explore, identify, and pursue career development goals at CCIU.

What services are provided?

• Career Coaching- CCIU Talent Development Center provides one to one career coaching to empower employees to build a list of career goals and reach their full potential.
• Career Pathing- Employees can examine internal career pathways that align with their qualifications, interests and aspirations. Learn about our Certification Pathways.
• Educational Planning- CCIU TDC provides opportunities for employees to deepen their knowledge, build networks, and grow their careers. They will gain access to educational resources to help them explore degree and certificate programs to help them grow professionally.
• Professional Skill development (resume help, mock interviews, networking assistance)- TDC will offer resources to develop resume and interviewing skills to help employees build confidence as they advance their careers with CCIU
• Learning Opportunities and Training Resources- TDC will offer access to virtual training courses and PD workshops on a variety of topics for employees to extend their professional knowledge through continuing education and learning opportunities.
